課程概述 |
生態資料常具複雜之特性，如具時間與空間之相關性，非線性結構等。是以分析此類資料常非僅修習過基礎統計之研究生所能勝任。本課程之目標乃在經由一系列分析方法之介紹與案例分析，使生態領域之研究生瞭解與分析其所蒐集之資料，並協助其以最精簡有效之方式呈現其資料特性 |

課程目標 |
修習本課程之學生將會使用R統計軟體分析，管理與繪製其資料；並將瞭解與正確地運用廣義線型模式（Generalized Linear Model），廣義加成模式（General Additive Model），非參數分析方法（Nonparametric methods），半參數分析方法（Semi-parametric methods），混合效應模式（Mixed-effects model）等方法於資料分析上

欲修習本課程之學生必須修習過統計學，瞭解統計線型模式（迴歸與變方分析）之基礎觀念，並需自備筆記型電腦與欲分析之資料 |
